      Before the Session:

      • 3 Hours  before the session:
        • Please avoid caffeine (coffee/tea), carbs, alcohol, and sugar.
      • 1 hour before the session: 
        • Eat a light protein meal (eggs/sausage/chicken/turkey)
      • Drink 24-36oz of Water
      • Wear something comfortable to the session
